数字文化16个行业年营业收入超4万亿元

Ten leading enterprises were selected during the first Digital Culture Export Summit Forum in Beijing. Zhu Jialiang, Deputy Director of the Municipal Council for Promotion of International Trade, said the annual operating revenue of 16 digital culture industries exceeded 4 trillion yuan (about 0.6 trillion US Dollars). The animation and game export cooperation platform was also officially established during the forum.

日前，首届数字文化出口高峰论坛举办，并对数字文化出口十强企业进行表彰。市贸促会副主任朱家亮介绍，数字文化新业态特征较为明显的16个行业年营业收入超4万亿元。动漫游戏出口合作平台于论坛上正式成立。

第六届中国“网络文学+”大会

3月24日至26日在北京举行

The sixth China Online Literature + Conference will be held from March 24 to 26 at the Beijing Etrong International Exhibition and Convention Center. The conference, co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and other departments, aims to promote the production of quality online literature, facilitate interactions within the industry, and serve literary enthusiasts. A summit forum and two sub-forums will be held during the conference. An annual report on the development of China's online literature is set to be released at the summit forum.

3月24日至26日，第六届中国“网络文学+”大会(以下简称大会)将在北京亦创国际会展中心举办。大会由中共北京市委宣传部等共同主办，旨在推动网络文学精品创作、促进行业交流融合、服务广大文学爱好者为工作重点。会议期间将举行开幕式暨高峰论坛及两场分论坛。开幕式暨高峰论坛将权威发布年度中国网络文学发展报告。

日前，全球财富管理论坛理事长、财政部原部长楼继伟在全球财富管理论坛2023年会上作开幕致辞。楼继伟表示，中国金融业正在实施更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次的对外开放。截至去年底，境外主体持有境内人民币资产的余额为9.6万亿元，较2017年增长1.2倍，其中股票和债券的规模分别为3.2万亿元和3.5万亿元。

北京每天诞生近600家中小企业

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology said that nearly 600 small and medium-sized enterprises are established in Beijing every day. Beijing will improve its policies, build a "one-stop" service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, and continue to promote their digital transformation and intelligent development.

北京市经信局近日介绍，北京日均新设中小企业近600家。北京市将完善政策体系，建设中小企业“一站式”服务平台，继续推进中小企业数字化转型和绿色智能发展。

According Beijing's Municipal Commission of Education, there are about 285,000 college graduates in Beijing this year, with the number of master's degree and doctoral degree graduates exceeding that of undergraduate students. This change reflects the high level of talent cultivation in Beijing's universities and the high value of human resources. In the post pandemic era, all industries are resuming work and production and employment services for college graduates in Beijing will continue to be provided.

北海公园游船开航迎客

More than 400 boats set sail in Beijing’s Beihai Park on March 18. The park offers 10 different types of boats for tourists, including motor boats, pedal boats and row boats. With a history of nearly 1,000 years, Beihai Park is one of the oldest and best preserved imperial gardens in China. It is celebrated at home and abroad for its rich cultural heritage, unique gardening art and beautiful lakes and mountains.

3月18日，北京北海公园400余条游船下水开航。在公园岸边的码头里，电瓶船、脚踏船、手划船、摇橹船、造型船等10个船种可供游客选择。北海公园始建于辽代，至今有1000多年的历史，是中国最古老、保存最完好的皇家园林之一。它以其丰富的文化遗产、独特的园艺艺术和美丽的湖泊而闻名海内外。

北京森林文化节今日开幕

400多场次活动贯穿全年

The 11th Beijing Forest Culture Festival opened in Xishan National Forest Park on March 19. Various parks in Beijing have launched more than 400 culture events that will run throughout the year, including flower appreciation festivals, orienteering and folklore activities. Free tickets and gifts will be given to the tourists who take their garbage with them during their visit.

3月19日，北京市第十一届北京森林文化节在西山国家森林公园开幕。全北京市各类公园推出了400多场次的文化活动，将贯穿全年，包括赏花节、定向越野及民俗文化活动等。各大森林公园呼吁游客在入园时领取环保塑料袋，随身携带放置垃圾，游园结束后将垃圾送至指定地点，可兑换公园门票或相应奖品。

北京新增千余个电子探头 精准抓拍“分心驾驶”

1,089 monitoring probes were placed throughout Beijing, and nearly half of them can record "distracted driving" violations on the city roads. The new probes use AI technology for the first time to achieve more accurate capturing and improve the efficiency of law enforcement.

日前，北京全市新增1089个监控探头，其中近半数可查处“分心驾驶”的违法行为。本次新增探头首次升级AI智能技术，将实现抓拍更加精准，提高执法工作效率。

北京自行车专用路南延至西直门

有望吸引超3万人骑行通勤

A designated bicycle road in the northern part of Beijing (Huilongguan to Shangdi) has become popular not only with commuters but also with sports cyclists. A report shows that commuters on this road can save an average of 14 minutes per day and reduce 10.37 tons of carbon emissions per week. In the future, the road will be extended to the south and is expected to attract 31,400 cyclists.

在北京回龙观至上地的一条自行车专用路受到广泛关注。研究报告显示，对于这条专用路通勤骑行者，每日平均节省通勤时间14分钟，每周平均碳减排10.37吨。这条专用路将继续南延，预计有望吸引3.14万人骑行通勤。
